Tradezo Privacy Policy

About Tradezo

Tradezo is a lead capture and enquiry management tool for trade businesses. Enquiries are captured through a public enquiry link/form and, on Pro plans, through Missed Call Text-back via SMS. WhatsApp lead capture is a planned future channel and is not yet available.

Information We Process

To provide the service, Tradezo may process the following types of data:

• Business owner name and email.
• Business name, phone number and basic business details.
• On Pro plans, the missed-call forwarding number assigned to the business and missed-call event details (caller number, time).
• Customer enquiry phone numbers and message content needed to create leads.
• Timestamps, lead status and internal notes added by the business owner.
• Basic usage and support information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information listed above to:

• Provide the Tradezo service to registered businesses.
• Capture enquiries through the public enquiry link/form.
• Send SMS text-back to missed callers on Pro plans.
• Create and manage leads within the Tradezo dashboard.
• Send email alerts to the business owner when a new enquiry arrives.
• Provide support and improve the reliability of the service.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Tradezo does not sell personal data to any third party.

Replies & Automated Messages

Tradezo does not send automated replies to customers. On Pro plans, Missed Call Text-back sends an SMS with your enquiry link to a missed caller so the enquiry is captured. Business owners are responsible for how they respond to customers.

Meta & WhatsApp (Planned)

WhatsApp lead capture through Meta is a planned future channel and is not yet available. If WhatsApp/Meta features are introduced in future, their availability will depend on Meta's services, permissions and policies. Where needed to route enquiries, Tradezo would store only the identifiers provided by Meta (such as a WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number ID) and would not store your WhatsApp password or Meta login credentials.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Tradezo account data at any time. (WhatsApp/Meta connection data only exists once WhatsApp lead capture is available — a planned future channel.) See our Data Deletion Instructions for details on how to submit a request.
