Tradezo provides lead capture and enquiry management tools for trade businesses. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to Tradezo, including your business name, contact details and services offered.
You are responsible for your own customer communication and for any job or quote decisions you make. Tradezo captures and organises enquiries but does not guarantee any particular outcome, lead, sale, job conversion or revenue.
WhatsApp lead capture is a planned future channel and is not yet available. If WhatsApp/Meta features are introduced in future, their availability will depend on Meta's services, permissions and policies.
Tradezo may change or improve features over time. We will aim to communicate material changes to registered users where appropriate.
